YOU CAN NOT EXCHANGE ITEMS OF YOUR ORDER PURCHASED FOR OTHER ITEMS FROM THE WEBSITE. YOU CAN NOT EXCHANGE ITEMS OF YOUR ORDER PURCHASED FOR MONEY TO USE AS CREDIT ON THE WEBSITE. REGARDLESS OF SITUATIONS SUCH AS INCLEMENT WEATHER, NATURAL DISASTERS, EXTENDED WAITS IN LINE AT THE VENUE, FAMILY EMERGENCIES AND MEDICAL EMERGENCIES, A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All Event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion. Willcall tickets must be picked up only on the day of the event with the original credit card used to purchase the tickets and a state issued picture ID. All Willcall tickets must be picked up at the same time. Not being able to pick up your tickets from Willcall because you do not have the above items is not grounds for a refund. Willcall is only available for specific events.
Photography/ Videotaping Release
By purchasing tickets to this event, you accept and understand that the Institute of Flight will photograph and videotape this event for possible inclusion in our promotional materials. If you do not want to be photographed or to be otherwise recorded, please speak with the registration desk in the lobby or email firstname.lastname@example.org. By entering this event, you are giving the Institute of Flight your consent to videotape, record and cablecast your picture, likeness, voice and statements.
In most situations, a Convenience fee is always added to the price of the ticket. We make every effort to keep this Convenience charge as low as possible. This fee covers the overhead charges involved in box office operations not limited to ticketing software fees, credit card fees, labor, ticket stock, phone fees and more. Sometimes the Convenience fees charged are directed to us by the promoter, and sometimes includes fees all ticketing outlets are forced to charge for a show, such as venue facility fees, parking fees, etc. Thank you for supporting our organization.
The Institute of Flight offers financial assistance for membership to all ages and education program assistance to children. The Institute is committed to never denying a child participation because of an inability to pay. This philosophy is accomplished by setting fees that are affordable to the majority of participants and by making financial assistance available to those when Institute of Flight fees are not affordable. The financial assistance program is made possible by a strong membership base that pays the full cost of membership and by generous donors who give to annual fundraising event(s). Online details can be found on our provider’s website. We have selected Translink Merchant Services as our online provider for ticketing and PayPal-nonprofits Merchant Services for accepting donations (merchant provider) and Merchant: Connect Merchant Services for accepting mobile donations or contributions (events). Constant Contact is utilized for many of our events and when utilized the (ProPay) Merchant Services is utilized and or Square and Evalon. For accepting online auction items we use MaestroSoft and bid payments are processed through IATS. Salesforce.com is our database provider and Salesforce Foundation.com is our customer service and FAQ provider. Our email service is a combination of Microsoft outlook and Salesforce.

If your event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing, service and delivery fees) using the same payment method used for purchase.
